Q: Is this a monthly subscription?
A: You get to choose how often bows are delivered. You can select to have a set of three bows delivered once a month, every other month or every three months. Our subscription gives you flexibility to meet your needs and budget.
Q: Can I change or adjust my subscription?
A: Absolutely! It is very easy. Log in to your account on our site, click on Manage My Subscription and you can change the frequency or type. You can even skip a month if you need! If you are having any difficulty please reach out at luandlivbows@gmail.com and I would be happy to help you.
Q: How will I know the bows I am getting?
A: Be sure to follow us on Instagram @luandlivbows and join our email list! I announce the bows each month on the 1st. I always want you to be aware of what you are paying for but I promise all the bows are super cute!
Q: When will I be charged each month?
A: You will be charged on the date of you initial subscription each month (or however often you frequency is).
